'O, How The Time Flies..

Good grief!! Has is seriously been like a month since I last blogged?! I guess it has.. That's awful! I guess I just got so caught up with school and church. Those two things take up just about all of my time, besides sleeping, eating, etc. But I guess those things are required to pursuit a healthy life-style, eh?

So this past Friday I got my Biology test back! I did good on it, but it freakin' irritates me that I was only 1 point away from a perfect score. Yes, that's right, I got a 99%, and as far as I'm concerned, that's one of the worst grades I could get. To think that I was so close to getting a perfect grade just irritates me to DEATH! Especially, since on all of my homework, and previous tests I got the question right that I got wrong on the last test. I KNOWWWW the answer, but when I re-read the test to make sure my answers were right, I missed that that one was wrong. UGH. But atleast I got a 102% on my Spanish test :)

I'm tired. Good night :)

So, you know how we've been working on re-doing my room? Well, guess what!! We FINALLY got it painted, and are going to start putting furniture back in tomorrow!! Oh my goodness, I can't wait. Even though I'm still 'on my first legs' and am young and all that jazz, sleeping on the couch for a little over a month surely has caught up with back and neck, let me tell you. This purple paint is stayin' on my walls 'til I'm TWENTY! Too much work to re-paint more than once every couple of years. So, for now, the extent of my painting will be applying neon green and shimmer pink to my nails. :P

Totally off subject, but..I'm gonna talk about High School.

9th grade?! Forreal?! Oh my goodness. Please Lord, let it be easy! For the first time, my agenda consists of more than the simple word subjects like 'math' and 'science.' Now it's Geometry and Biology 1 and...yeah. Sounds lovely, huh?

Schedule: Spanish 1, Algebra 1, Biology 1, English 1, Bible, and Geography. Lots of 1's I got there.

Okay, so for the past..well..30 minutes, I have been nagging my little brain about posting a blog. So, here I am. At this exact moment I am babysitting. Yes, really. It is approx. 7:19 am and I got here at 6:45 am. And you know that's always fun:) Any what.. I guess we'll just have to see where this blog heads. Nothing important to tell you, but random thoughts are always fun, too, I suppose.

Seriously? Oh, why MUST this happen? *sighh*

Good evening. It is approx. 1:50 p.m. on June 19th. Oh. Wait, no, JULY 19th. Good grief. I sware, the time evaporates into the air like water now 'a days. Crazy. I guess now would be a good time to get back to my point, rather than rambling on and on like a 4 year old would. Okay, so as you guys now know, I painted my room. Pink, to be exact. And, well...as we were painting...and painting..and painting more, and more, and MORE, we came to the realization that the white Kilz primer that we used, was bleeding thought the paint (I wonder how many times I in-putted "paint" into that sentence..?) So, with curiosity of the problem, we called Lowe's to confront them about the issue, and they said that the primer we used had to be covered up with paint (there I go with that word again) within 1-3 hours of applying the primer. So... NOW we have to RE-prime AND re-PAINT. Now is right about the time where I should start singing a sad song as I think about the torture that I'm going to have to go through..again. Painting CAN be fun, don't get me wrong, but I sure as heck wouldn't want to do it for a living. No doubt 'bout that. Now, I have to decide if I want to paint it pink (again:P), or go with green, instead. I don't know.. It seems like most girls do pink, so I kinda wanna be...different. Ya know? :) Let me know what you think!!

Popcorn was on my mind when I wrote this blog.

So...world breaking news of the day in Amberlee's life is that we painted my room today!! :) One word sums up my day: SUCCESS!! Hallelujah! We've had this silly bucket of pink paint for over two years, and are just now getting to the point of using it. Thank the Lord the whole painting process of my room is done. Painting usually only holds my valuable attention for about a whole 5 minutes - but I suppose the outcome is greater than I'm realizing, huh? :) Anyways..

Interesting, yet funny quote from today: "Never again will I buy Kilz primer!! NEVER." -Michael Fletcher *Insert 5 minutes for hard laughter!* Hahahaha. You'd had to be there.

Oh my gosh, SHOOT A MONKEY! Eclipse = the BEST movie ever! Ahhhh!! By far, my favorite movie of The Twilight Saga. You should go see it, unless, you are one of those weirdos who don't like it. Ha!! Just kidding (or am I?), I still love you all!! "All" being my...two followers, Savannah, and Mrs. Cindi! Oh well. Ya gotta start somewhere, right? Who knows? Maybe, one of these days, I'll be a Blair Fowler, making just a few thousands, and rambling on and on about 'interesting' things. Love you, juicystar07<3



Oh my gosh, you know what I just remembered?! That I wrote a story!! Yes, I really did. I, actually, was probably more capable of writing a story in the 6th grade (that would actually hold your attention.) than I am now, in the 9th. Sad day. If I find this New York Bestseller's Story, I promise I will post it. You can count on it! No promises that you'll find it at your local Wal-Mart for $7.44 or anything, but, hey, it's a good laugh, if nothing better!

Good evening, blogspot.com. Are you looking forward to tomorrow, cause I'm not! I have to go to Memphis in the front of a little pick-up truck, with two other people. Yes. You read it right.

Well, wasn't that a joyful start to a stupid blog. It definitely was. Oh, that reminds me!! I will not be blogging for the rest of the week. Sad day, even though I don't really have any followers.. Oh well. I'm on my road to fame, and I just know it!! HUH. Yeah, that'll happen.

I kinda doubt any of you care, but I'm watching 48 Hours, and...they have the case of the Craigslist Killer, and let me tell YOU that I am glad I didn't live in Boston. Ha!! That would've terrified me!! Oh, guess what! **URGENT MESSAGE** I found my camera!! :-) This is a very significant, and sentimental moment in my life, so respect it, would you? Thanks. I love my camera, and I was going to have to cry myself to sleep for a few nights because I would miss it so much, I just know it. ..this is random, but, did what I just say not sound like something that would be put in a Judy Bloom or Babysitters Club book? I think it did. Definitely. (p.s. I was talking about the crying myself to sleep. Which, by the way, I wouldn't do 'cause, I'm really not that attached to my camera. I just had an opportunity to be dramatic so I went for it. Yup.)

Saying "Hello" For The First Time!

Hello... My name is Amberlee. You're going to shortly find that even though my blog is titled "Girl On The Move," I don't really travel allot. Yes, I know, you're thinking "Well, then why'd you name it that?" BUT, I thought it'd be kinda fun for me to share my vacation pictures from whenever I actually DO go on vacation. And of course, I'll be blogging about random, stupid, and simply pointless things, also. Anyways..

To start things off I might as well tell you a little bit about myself, and how I got to where I am today. Well, I was born in Dallas, TX on April the 12th. We lived there for three and a half years, and then we moved to TN, which is where I am today. I've been homeschooled (but not the sheltered kind) since I was in first grade. I went to kindergarten at a Christian Academy, but didn't continue to go there past the grade where all you do is color and eat glue. So, basically, I'm sheltered:P *HAHAHA* I'm kidding. I mean, I couldn't blame you to possible think that I am, since most people tend to think that all homeschoolers do is Algebra and Astronomy in a coat closet all day, but I promise..I don't!


I go to Church at Living To Go Life Center. I've gone there for a while, and I apsolutely LOVE it!!!! You should come visit us!!



I guess, since I'm telling you my practical life story, I should tell you about my pets, family, ect. So, here it goes. I have two dogs - Hunny and Sly. Hunny will be 10 years old on September 21st, and Sly will have been with us for 4 years sometime in April. We adopted Sly from a Sheltie Organization, and don't know his exact age or birthday. Oh, and my dad's name is Michael, and my mom's name is Kristy. Here's some pictures of my pups!! :)
